Terms & Conditions

Management reserves the right to amend or alter prices (other than confirmed bookings), terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Coolendel does not allocate campsites - first in best dressed basis.

You must be at least 18 years of age to stay with us, if you are not you must be accompanied by an adult.
(Children – 5 to 17 years  Adult – 18 years and over)

Children under the age of 9 are not permitted to sleep in the top bunk

It is a condition of your booking that all guests must abide by all park rules, guidelines and signage and responsible requests from park staff at all times.

Payment made in full is required for all bookings in order to secure your reservation with us.

The guest whose signature appears on the guest registration form shall be deemed responsible to pay for all outstanding fees or any damages.

Minimum length of stay requirements apply to seasonal periods, Easter & October long weekends and Christmas school holidays.

Minimum 2 night stays apply all year round for Glamping, Cabins & Bunkhouse.

All guests are required to sign a waiver form upon arrival.
