Camping

All camping bookings will be fully refundable 2 weeks prior to arrival date, the full amount will be refunded.

Cancellation within 2 weeks prior to arrival date, No Refund will be available.

No Refund for camping due to early departure, no show, change of mind, inclement weather, or where clients are asked to leave the park for breaches of park rules.

Glamping, Cabins & Bunkhouse

If notification of cancellation is received more than 2 months prior to arrival date, the full amount will be refunded.

If notification of cancellation is received less than 2 months prior to arrival date, 50% of total accommodation is refundable.

No Refund provided 14 days prior to arrival date.

Refunds are unavailable for cancellations due to: early departure, no show, change of mind, inclement weather, or where clients are asked to leave the park for breach of park rules.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

Coolendel understands the ongoing uncertainty surrounding COVD-19 and how this may impact your holiday plans. In the event of COVID-19 travel restrictions impacting a guests travel plans, a guest will be offered flexibility over and above the standard terms and conditions in the form of a guest account credit for the value of the booking, VALID FOR UP TO 12 MONTHS should any of the below criteria impact their planned stay along with an additional nights free accommodation.

A Government gazetted restriction is in place within 7 days of your arrival date which means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination, including where border closures would result in you having to quarantine for 4 days or more on your return home.

You are directed into self-isolation. A family member becomes sick with COVID-19.
